Relying on the construction qualification of secondary kiln engineering and more than ten patented technologies, Jinyong Kiln has iteratively upgraded the heat exchange structure of traditional vertical kilns. Through the dual chamber alternating calcination waste heat recovery technology, high-temperature flue gas is circulated for heat exchange between the two kiln chambers, preheating the limestone entering the kiln in advance and significantly reducing heat loss. The standard coal consumption is reduced by 40-50 kilograms compared to traditional old-fashioned vertical kilns.
At the same time, Jinyong Kiln continues to optimize the uniform material distribution and intelligent temperature control process. The independently developed heavy-duty flat material distributor achieves uniform material distribution on the surface, and is equipped with a full process PLC automation system to control the temperature and air pressure inside the kiln in real time, completely solving the problem of overburning. The lime activity is stable and meets the standard, and the production efficiency is synchronously improved by more than 15%.
On the environmental side, the supporting ultra-low emission dust removal system enables stable control of dust emissions within 20mg/Nm ³, adapting to environmental policy requirements around the world and providing compliant technical support for overseas projects to go global, truly achieving multiple goals of high yield, low consumption, and environmental protection.
