The new generation of adjustable rotating fabric distributors and multi-point balanced ash discharge devices are constantly being updated, and the sealing structure and wear-resistant materials are continuously optimized, which can effectively improve the kiln wall effect and stabilize the thermal system inside the kiln. The iteration of the control system is also rapid, upgrading from simple PLC monitoring to multi-sensor global acquisition and intelligent interlocking control, greatly reducing the fluctuations caused by human operation. The supporting facilities for dust removal and waste heat recovery continue to iterate and upgrade with the ultra-low emission standards.

Many enterprises' kiln bodies can still be used, but due to aging and outdated supporting equipment, they are trapped in the dilemma of high energy consumption, low output, and high environmental pressure. The direct reconstruction of the entire line requires huge investment and targeted updates of core supporting equipment, becoming a more cost-effective technological transformation path. In operation, enterprises should continuously pay attention to the iteration of supporting equipment technology, and make adaptive modifications based on their own raw materials and fuel conditions.
