The production of loading trucks requires the use of steel with high wear resistance, which will prolong the service life of the loading trucks and reduce the cost of the lime plant. The thickness of the selected steel plate needs to be used. After the thickness is increased, the weight of the charging truck will be greatly increased, and the power consumption of lime charging will be increased. If it is too thin, the loading truck will break quickly, which is not the structure we want to see. Therefore, wear-resistant steel should be used as the raw material, with a thickness of about 6-9mm.

The charging car is an integral part of the lime kiln charging system. The lime kiln safety charging system includes a winch, a stone car, an inclined bridge, a large pressure bar, a rotary drum, and a lime kiln. It includes the following steps:

1. The stone car is used to transport materials: the stone car is located at the initial position, and the raw materials are loaded into the stone car and driven by the winch to reach the height of the inclined bridge through the rails on the inclined bridge. After arriving, the position of the stone car is located above the rotary drum;

2. Dumping materials: the hopper rotating shaft of the stone crane drives the hopper to rotate, dumping the materials in the stone crane into the rotary pot;

3. Empty return trip of the stone crane: the stone crane reaches the bottom of the inclined bridge along the track on the inclined bridge, and the stone crane contacts the large pressure bar located at the bottom of the inclined bridge;
